 We supply centrifugal casting Ductile
Iron pipes ranging from DN 80 to DN 2600, manufactured according to ISO
2531/BS4772/ BS EN 545 .
The products joints method includes:
Push-on joint "T"
type
The seal is provided by radial
compression of an EPDM gasket, achieved at the moment of assembly, the
metal/gasket contact pressure increases as the internal pressure rises. It
is easily and rapidly assembled.
Mechanical joint
"K" type
The seal is achieved by axial
compression of an EPDM gasket with a gland and bolt, no jointing force is
required during the assembly .
Flanged joint
The seal is achieved by axial
compression of a flat gasket by clamping two flanges together by means of
bolts. The flanged joint allows pipe sections to be installed, or dismantled
in line.

Internal Protection
The spun cement mortar lining
complying with the standard ISO4179 is our standard internal protection for
our pipes; however, depending on the corrosiveness of the water conveyed, we
can supply pipes with special protective linings .
External Protection
The Metallic Zinc plus
Bitumen paint is the basic protection; however a polyethylene sleeve can be
applied on site upon request. The Epoxy coating can be an alternative.
